An introduction to Civil War reenacting

We're starting the "150th cycle" of Civil War commemorations, with a lot of interested parties like tourism bureaus, history buffs and people looking for something different all taking steps.  I've just finished what amounts to a recruiting pamphlet for Civil War reenacting, "The Little Book of Civil War Reenacting," intended as an introduction for anyone who sees the wool uniforms and slat bonnets at an event and thinks they'd like to try it out.
It's 1. A printed book, available at Amazon for a modest price; 2. A digital book, available at Smashwords for a variety of formats, free; 3. A page on this Web site, forever, where it is accessible and can be copied by anyone who wants it.
Why?
Well, why not? Some books are intended to make money for me. Others are not.
Anyone - like reenacting units, event organizers, sutlers or bookstores - who want at least 10 copies at substantially less than even the Amazon low price for print may contact me directly and we'll get it done.
It's going to be updated at least annually. I'm sure some folks will have contributions to make to round out the artillery, civilian, cavalry, Navy and other facets to the world we all live in.
A word for anyone who thinks this is anything at all like the Society for Creative Anachronisms world: Nope.  A lot more sweat and horse manure....
